Refund Policy

Prime Care Tech Support provides digital and remote technical assistance services.

Refunds may be considered in cases where the service has not been delivered as agreed or if a technical issue could not be resolved after reasonable troubleshooting efforts.

Once remote assistance has started, refunds are generally not applicable. However, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the issue and service outcome.

If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, they are encouraged to contact us within 24 hours of service delivery. Eligible refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
